Place to AVOID in case of fire you will have to count the dead, no emergency exits only 1 door unlocked and it overlooks the busy street the caterers cannot have direct access to the kitchen and must transport all their equipment and all the kitchen crossing the large room, tiring!! rent for 200 people impossible there is no space and no security
