After ordering my food and receiving it I asked for sauce the employee steven went to get it and was rudely interrupted by a manager named Bernadette she started he didn't ask for sauce so don't Give it to him then she started to talk in tagalag which Iunderstand some what and was being very rude to steven I felt the tension I asked for her name and he was in fear, then i couldher her say y I'm asking for her name he then gave me her name with a fist bump to me. hopefully manager Bernadette will fix theway she treats other employees in the future I could feel the vibe and her management skills are not there hopefully thisreaches corporate to fix this issue feel bad for other employees
My entire order was wrong even though I repeated it 4 times! My nachos didn't have any cheese even though I asked for extra and I ordered 5 bean and cheese burritos and asked for beef on 3 of them but only 1 had beef! Not that hard so like what was theissue?? What's worse is that the order was for 2 other people and it sucks when you bring them their food and the order iswrong.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I placed a mobile order and faced issues from the get-go. They messed up two orders consecutively and didn't have any orders ready for those of us waiting for over 10 minutes. Every time someone complained about their incorrect order, at least two employees were either trying to resolve the issue or just walking around without actually preparing food. I even overheard a staff member mention my name while looking at the order board, yet my order was still not being made. I received a notification that my order was ready for pickup at the counter, but I had been standing there for 15 minutes, and my order was still missing. When I approached a worker to ask about it, he informed me that my order wasn't listed on their board, which was astonishing. I spoke with the manager, who confirmed that my order hadn’t been prepared despite me showing him my confirmation. They checked the register for mobile orders, reprinted my order, and finally made it. Unfortunately, they still forgot one item. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant, and now I have to return just to get a refund.
The staff at this location are friendly and quick to process orders. Unfortunately, I ordered a Baja Bean through the app, but the machine was down once again. However, the manager was very nice and offered a complimentary large drink for the inconvenience. Thank you!
