Taco Bell - Pleasanton

Overall, it was a good experience. There was just one small issue: the cherry slushee was only half full. Also, the large size is actually the same as what other places would call a small soda. Taco Bell isn’t the only fast-food chain that does this—Burger King has similar practices with their slushees, and McDonald’s plays the same game with their milkshakes, among others. It seems like in the fast food industry, if you order soda, they'll bring you a full tanker truck to your table, but if you order anything else to drink, it arrives in a small cup labeled as a large. It tastes great, but the cherry flavor just didn’t last long enough!

Avoid ordering after midnight. They forgot my taco and completely burnt my quesadilla. They seem to be quite inattentive during that time.

Taco Bell did not fulfill my order by including the drink that was supposed to come with my meal. When I spoke to the DoorDash delivery person, she informed me that Taco Bell only provided the one drink that was ordered separately, and not the large Sierra Mist that should have come with the meal. Taco Bell, please improve and make sure to honor what is stated on your menu.

This taco bell almost always messes up something in my order or forgets something all together and employees have been extremely rude in person at the drive thru as well just bad employees overall

After ordering my food and receiving it I asked for sauce the employee steven went to get it and was rudely interrupted by a manager named Bernadette she started he didn't ask for sauce so don't Give it to him then she started to talk in tagalag which Iunderstand some what and was being very rude to steven I felt the tension I asked for her name and he was in fear, then i couldher her say y I'm asking for her name he then gave me her name with a fist bump to me. hopefully manager Bernadette will fix theway she treats other employees in the future I could feel the vibe and her management skills are not there hopefully thisreaches corporate to fix this issue feel bad for other employees
