Starbucks - Pleasanton

Very nice place, some good service especially from that worker Julia, she was very nice and sweet would definitely come back.

It was a hot day in July so my husband and I went to the Starbucks in Pleasanton to get one of their very good green tea ice teas. Service was good.

Ok service and totally unfriendly staff. I guess it's the most unclean Starbucks in the area.

The Associate (I don't know her name) who was in the morning 9'ish was showing zero basic customer service. Through out the entire transaction to order coffee she was showing an unwelcome facial expression and zero communication (did not say a single word). She was showing the same attitude when asking to refill the half and half from the concession stand. Totally not a good experience on this particular transaction. Quite often I stop by this Starbucks in Safeway and their service is pretty good. The Associates are friendly and showing good customer service, but unfortunately not in this morning.
