Chick-fil-a - Pleasanton

I've had Chick FIL A before but this is my first time at this location. The food is not bad but a bit over rated. They used to have 6 piece nuggets but now it's only 5 per order and very tiny. And I would have liked my fries a little crunchier but insteadthey were soft. The lines are long but they move quite fast. You get a tag and they bring your food to your table. They havefriendly hard workers here. And they take their jobs seriously. At least they don't look like they were hired from the lawbreaking side show participants you see in Oakland. I would avoid the drive thru area. It gets so congested that they use peopleto direct traffic. This causes people who want to dine in not able to park nearby.

I was there for pick up. Everything was great. Lot of staff ready to serve. Original source is very good. Must try. They standard fires like potato chip , very unique for a fast food chain. They are bit pricey though.

Okay, so I got the app and I had some points, And I redeemed them for a bunch of food. When I got home, I checked my bag, I realized that all the items I redeemed with points weren’t there, but all the other items like my spicy chicken sandwich were. I definitely recommend to not redeem any food items from the app. The food is very good tho!

The best item on the menu for healthy eating is the chicken salad, featuring eight pieces of grilled chicken.
