Melo's Pizza Pasta - Pleasant Hill

Went there recently for my husband's birthday and it was honestly one of the best restaurants I've ever been in. We were seated immediately and waited for the rest of our party. Our server was super friendly and conversational and she brought us our drinks, appetizers and food so quickly while keeping us updated and being super lovely. Even servers that weren't ours were super friendly. She realized it was my husband's birthday and brought him a free dessert from just talking to us between check-ins. He had the gnocchi which was perfect and i got a personal pizza which was also amazing. My in-laws also enjoyed their meals. The Brussels sprouts are so delicious, and the lemonade was sooooo good. I would like to try everything they serve there because not a single item missed the mark. We are a tri-racial family and didn't even get a hint of micro aggression of any kind which is hard to find in the area. We will definitely be coming back! I absolutely LOVE this restaurant the food is excellent. When I'm traveling to California I always stop at this place and even will drive an hour to get the food.
