Hemos ido varias veces a Cassa Ceviche y siempre regresamos porque la comida es deliciosa, los cócteles tambien. El staff siempre es muy amable y el servicio rapido! Lo recomendamos!

Oh. Em. Gee. So good. Ceviche is my fave and when I came to Mexico I knew I needed my ceviche fix! Our resort had some ceviche and it was decent but just didn't have the broth and complexity that I crave. Found this place and walked a couple miles to get there when it opened. I was beyond impressed. The atmosphere is quaint and warm, service prompt and friendly. This is everything I think of when I envision the perfect ceviche even though the ingredients are a little eclectic. Like any good dish, they're perfect and I wouldn't change a thing. I can't wait to go back here.

Incredible dining experience with this chefs presentation and delicious flavors I would pay triple for this dining experience in the USA! We went on a whim and it turned out to be fantastic who could ask for more! Get the Cameron ceviche and they also have vegetarian ceviche for the vegan! The flavors and food are all fresh and homemade! We just ordered the chocolate cake which is an original corn cake form the Mayan's you will be disappointed in this place!!!

Great food and service. I had the Mayan ceviche which was delicious. The drinks were also stellar. I had a passion fruit mojito and my husband had a mezcal drink with hibiscus and dehydrated pineapple. Fantastic!
