Sushi House - PLANTSVILLE

Food is amazing and realistically prices are incredibly good and reasonable for an all you can eat sushi spot, especially on week days. The place is really small and sometimes you'll feel cramped (because of how packed it gets).We have been coming here for a long time and repeat almost every week.My review today is specifically for the manager/owner/the girl in the pink shirt: she is just amazing, she goes far and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy and satisfied. She once run outside after a group of 3 that were leaving because they didn't want to wait, and promised them and made sure that they were going to have a table right away. And this is worth mentioning because this is a place that gets soooooo incredibly packed, that she didn't really need to do that, because she was going to get 30 more groups of 3 that same night for sure. She just wanted to make sure no one was leaving unhappy, and everyone was getting what the were coming for.We have been even happier with her lately because I am now pregnant and every time we go there she personally makes sure that I order the stuff that I can eat, she'll make notes on my slip of paper with modifications for the cooks and she'll personally supervise that it is correctly done. Simply amazing.

Best sushi in town.Issues- when placing take out orders on the phone they NEVER take a name or phone number. This has resulted in not having an order ready more than once. And once my husband was told, “your wife called the wrong place we don’t have it.” and provided no solutions.Online ordering doesn’t work half the time. So, if you order take out try to make sure the one that calls is picking up so you can bicker.Customer service is definitely not the greatest, but they are so busy they probably don’t have much motivation to improve the standards. I’m honestly looking forward to them having a larger venue so it’s not such a crowded circus. Organization is not this place’s strength but the sushi is soooooooo good.We have frequent Sushi House 2-6 times monthly for over a year and will continue to do so.

What an awesome cozy sushi spot . They stay open late and have amazingly fast service. I was pleased with the quality of the sushi I ordered several rolls and had zero complaints. This place had a nice consistent crowd which indicates to me at least that this is a great pick . I’ll definitely be back !!! I seen they have an all you can eat option that I want to try for sure !!!!

This place is phenomenal! First time here and service was stellar!! Appetizers and sushi absolutely excellent!!! Very pleased. Hands down, my new go-to spot for all you can eat sushi.Food: 5/5

We all ordered together …half the table received their food within 10 minutes. The rest of us didn’t get served until AFTER everyone else had FINISHED their platesIt took about 40 minutes or so to get our food. It wasn’t even hot! The squash was room temp, the rice was cold, the shrimp was warm… This place needs better food management and timing. interior updating, not a place I would ever go back to.NOTE:The Sushi seemed to be great by the opinion of others at the table… they were served right away. Those who ordered hibachi waited most of the night to get served.
