The position is absolutely disgusting! the interior and exterior are so dirty! I wonder who manages this place, because what they want is that the customers sit down and enjoy their ice creams, but it is not possible because it is not enough chairs, trashes are full and everything is dirty. the customer service is bad.

These places were legendary for the ice they serve...now it seems that they are too good to keep the call. Wife wanted to try one of the aromes. was not said because they did not. my order was easy. a taste and 1 free add-in. I asked for the snickers as my interference. what did I get? cheap ice with 2 large pieces of snickers, which were frozen in the middle. too lazy to chop the pieces and mix them into the ice. this is the last time I'm going to visit this location...if I ever visit a location again.

Waffle bowl was stale. They gave me a replacement that was stale too. I gave the bowl back to them and told them it was bad. No drama involved. The staff is nice and the ice cream is good. But this was my second visit with bad wafer bowls. I will get something else next time.

I usually love cold stone but tonight was ridiculous. we arrived at 9:45 15 minutes prior to closing not only did the staff member 'Marissa ' lock the door at 9:47 she was extremely rude and talking about the customers with the other staff member as she loudly spoke i don 't know why we locked it then because she had locked people out before closing time. my friend was locked out after getting her wallet. disgusting attitude.
