Kfc - Plant City

My wife and I had lunch there and the chicken seemed off. We both ordered original recipe and it lacked spices (Salt, etc. . The chicken also had the spots and debris on it that happens when the frier is not cleaned well. The women who took our order was okay but not friendly.

Second time I wasted my time going to this location. First time it was 830p and was told they didn 't have what I wanted. This time I ordered online at 745p. Arrived at the location at 800p. Pulled up to the drive thru and was told they were very busy earlier and ran out of all chicken. I was told to go back on the app and cancel my order. I said I can wait for fresh chicken. She replied we aren 't cooking anything more, we shut down. Couldn 't figure out how to cancel order on the app. Apparently neither could any of the staff who recommended I cancel on the app. Had to call a 1800 number. After 30 minutes of speaking to humans who read from a script I am very sorry.... Ugh. Last time I will visit this location. Church 's Chicken is way better I was being lazy and didn 't want to drive up there. I get that **** happens but when the excuse was we were really busy just don 't cut it.

Fast drive thru service, food was good and a shout out to Ruby for making “The Promise” Drink.

My husband and I just spent 45.00 at the drive thru window. We frequent this store quite often. The staff is always very friendly except for today. The young lady that was at the window needs to find a new place to work if she does not like working with the public. She had a very bad attitude. She was in too big of a hurry to get rid of us. We tried 3 times to get her attention after the slammed the window closed. Never asked if we needed any napkins or sauces to go with the food. She is not anyone that has helped us before.

This place used to be great I went here on my lunch break the other night not only was there service horrible they had no food and the guy in the back was washing dishes in a trash can yes I said trash cans never again will I eat here
