3 of 5 times the order will be right, which is not so bad, I think.... but it makes it 100 times worse when the staff is RUDE AF. I went to an Okasión didn't feel like seeing the rude face of an employee above all (dark brown hair lay in a ponytail so I just went my 2 drinks to Starbucks where I was properly treated! It was worth it

Bad service. I measured my order four times. The manager looked at me when she gave me a partial refund and went without a word. Save time and money. Go somewhere else.

1. of all, repair your busted-up drive thru. I've been going to this Dunkin Donuts for over 10 years, I don't think they've ever repaired this cracked car park. Some employees at this site are also very unprofessional. On 1 occasion the person who helped me drive thru window went to the back to answer their phone while waiting a long number of people. This site must get new management because they obviously do not pay attention to how their employees treat their customers. If that wasn't the only DD in Plant City, I would definitely NOT go back.

January 2021 I came to Dunkin Donuts after I didn't want to try something else for a while than I placed the order, everything was fine until I got to the drive-thru window I asked Shauna B. the checkout my coffee from a small to a medium friendly to raise and she said no because the coffee already usually there was absolutely no problem with this, especially if Dunkin Donuts would start making it more My comment on Shauna would be if you don't want your current job to get another one you shouldn't have that people are upset about your negativity.
