Wing Daddy's Sauce House - Plano

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at Wing Daddy's. We ordered food through DoorDash and only received half of it. When I called to resolve the issue, the manager promised to look into it and get back to me. However, after waiting for 21 minutes without any follow-up, I reached out again and felt like I was just being shuffled around without a resolution. The manager was unprofessional and did nothing to enhance our experience or complete our order.

Terrible customer service! We ordered through DoorDash and received only half of our order because the staff at Wing Daddy's in Plano did not enter it correctly. When I called to resolve the issue, the manager told me they would look into it and get back to us. After 21 minutes of waiting with no response, we reached out to them again, but we were still given the runaround. The manager was completely unprofessional and did nothing to rectify our order or improve our experience.

The moment we saw the menu, we knew we had to try this place—everything looked amazing! We ordered the ribs and boneless wings, and they were just as delicious as we expected. The service was equally impressive; our server was friendly without being too casual, which we really appreciated. The restaurant is equipped with large UHD flat-screen TVs strategically placed throughout the space, providing a great view from any seat to catch the latest game. On quieter sports days, it’s also nice to have the option to watch some lesser-known extreme sports, as well as the reruns and blooper shows that ESPN airs on a loop.

I think I was served pigeon wings instead of chicken wings—they were the tiniest wings I've ever seen! The flavor was quite unique; I'm not exactly sure what I ordered, but it had a spicy dry rub. On a positive note, the menu had plenty of choices. The onion rings I tried were enjoyable and came in large portions. The staff was very friendly and provided quick service, and the prices were quite affordable too.

My onion rings were good and had a generous portion. The servers were very friendly and prompt. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable.
