The Boiling Crab - Plano

I arrived late for my birthday celebration, but I was seated in a reasonable time. The food was excellent, but what truly stood out was Nhi, the manager. She handled everything—bussing tables, taking reservations, and sweeping the floors—all while maintaining her composure and professionalism, even with the restaurant not operating at full capacity. I highly recommend checking this place out; you definitely won't regret it!

This restaurant offers outstanding service, a fantastic staff, and the best food I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. Thank you! The seafood here is simply unparalleled. If you haven't visited this place yet, you're truly missing out!

I ordered the fried catfish basket, but there was an excessive amount of breading that overwhelmed the fish, causing it to lose its flavor, texture, and aroma.

The food is amazing, but was upset to have gotten Amanda as our server. She didn’t smile once while serving my party of 10 and she practically ruined this supposed to be special birthday I put together for my husband. She brought the wrong beer and wrong drinks. Amanda gave a clear expression that she hated her job. My table couldn’t stop mentioning how bad our server is and how unlucky we were to have gotten her. I really wish I could’ve gotten a way better experience. She didn’t even try to be a good server. I told her specifically to put this ice cream cake in the freezer and then she proceeds to put it the fridge. My cake was practically so soften to the point of melting. I was very very disappointed. If you end up getting Amanda as a server, I would respectfully ask for a different server. Trust me, this would depend on your experience here.
