Taverna - Plano

Reserved for 8pm as a birthday reservation, waited for our table to become ready. Was sat in the corner on the patio, patio was packed and it was extremely hot, probably would have been cooler sitting at the door outside.. We were there to celebrate my 21st birthday. Service could have been more attentive friendly. Overall not the place I would chose for a birthday celebration.

Great atmosphere, good service, the food was tasty, we will be back again.

Server was excellent. Seating arrangements was poor. Food was very good.

The food was excellent, as it was the 2 previous times we went there.The issues we had were:They lost our order and it took over 20 minutes to correct it. This should have at the least generate a set of comped desserts, but it didn't.MThen they brought out a desert for our friends who were celebrating their anniversary. Unfortunately, they didn't ask what they'd like AND charged us for it.
