Taco Cabana - Plano

Left without order. This was so exasperating. Tried online order. Tried app order. Tried in store order. All is online ordering including app was an epic fail. Created an account. (Edge not work. Had to use Chrome Browser. Would not allow SUBMIT afterfilling out reg form multiple times. In store. Smelled not good. All employees either dealing with trash or mopping. Theydon?t close for 2 hours. After 30 minutes of frustration, just left and went home. 3 strikes Probably won?t return to thislocation. Was really looking forward to family order but done.

This Taco Cabana location is experiencing some difficulties, Edit for current visit four months later: Today 11/20/22. 9:07am. The food is okay for the price. At this location the food quality seems consistent. It is a fast food restaurant after all.But, the dining room tables are not cleaned often enough. The tables that did look clean, were sticky to the touch. Kindagross. The men's room sink was kind of a mess, and smelled terrible. The urinals were a mess, it's obvious the restrooms are notbeing cleaned, the floor rug was hanging over the stall wall and the paper towel dispenser, making it difficult to get paper outto dry my hands.

Ordered beef nachos supposed to come with side of quacamole, it was in a timble sized plastic, maybe a teaspoon of quacamole, I was so disappointed I just gave it back. What was I supposed to do lick it out. Won't be back, nor will I recommend it tofriends, family and strangers if they ask.

I ordered four Shredded chicken Tacos with Tomato Salsa and Jalapeno Salsa. They were fresh, soft and tasty. The quantity of toppings in the tacos was also decent. Unbeatable price. Three stars are because of the customer service. I felt servers werepaying me instead.

Taco Cabana bowl with ground beef. Horrible just horrible. Greasy deep fried bowl, burnt and reheated most likely. No lettuce to speak of, ground beef didnt resemble beef at all, refried beans worse that from a can at the grocery store, ?really doesn?tget worse than this. Terrible taste left in my mouth from the tortilla bowl an hour later. Go to the gas station across thestreet for better food or pick up something at the grocery store. You?ll thank yourself for it.
