Chili's Grill - Plano

The food and drinks at this restaurant are exceptional! I sat at the bar and enjoyed a fantastic cocktail. Austin, the bartender, prepared a classic drink for me called Jamaican Paradise, which is no longer on the menu, but he went out of his way to make it for me. I will definitely be adding this spot to my weekly dining lineup. Additionally, the place was impressively clean!

The food and service at this new Chili's location were outstanding. Our server was excellent—always attentive and quick to refill our drinks and chips. A fun highlight of our visit was the small robot that helped deliver food to some tables, which added a playful touch to the experience! The food itself was impressive, featuring very fresh chips, a decent salad, and high-quality meat (as I've heard). The location is convenient, with ample parking and a clearly marked entrance for takeout. The seating is also quite comfortable. The only minor drawback was the open and spacious layout, which doesn't provide much separation between tables, especially considering COVID precautions, but that's just how things are at the moment.

Overall, it was a satisfactory experience. It seemed like they were short-staffed, as we had to wait quite a while to be seated at a booth. My kids' pizza was a bit undercooked, and they didn't enjoy it. On the positive side, our food was excellent—I particularly loved the steak and the quesadilla bowl!

I had a very frustrating experience at this Chili's location. Upon arrival, I requested a booth and noticed that there were at least 6 to 8 available. However, the host seated us in the bar area, despite my request to be in a different section. When I inquired about why we couldn't sit in the main dining area, he informed me that those booths were closed, even though I could see other diners using them. Eventually, he placed us at a picnic-style table in the center of the restaurant. I was so disappointed with the service that we decided to leave and not return. It's disheartening to witness a business operate in this manner — they clearly lost our patronage!

This was my first visit to this location, and it quickly became my favorite! My family loves fried pickles, and we know they can differ significantly in quality—this place got it just right. The staff was amazingly quick at clearing tables! They moved so fast that they accidentally threw away my daughter's leftover food, which she had left in a box (definitely her fault, not theirs). I really enjoyed the burger I ordered! Our waiter was very attentive and even made silly faces to entertain my 4-year-old, which was so cute. We will definitely be coming back!
