Chili's Grill - Plano

I had a fantastic experience at this location, which appears to have been recently remodeled compared to other Chili's. Both the restaurant and restrooms were clean. I visited last night, just an hour before closing, and I was a bit worried about the quality of the food at that time. However, the waiter was outstanding, and the food was served hot and tasted great. From now on, this will be the only Chili's I go to.

I ordered from the Guiltless Grill menu and tried the 6oz sirloin with avocado and asparagus—it was amazing! At under 400 calories, it’s an unbeatable choice. Our server was exceptional too! She checked on us often without being overbearing and even stopped by one last time before her shift ended. The general manager also took a moment to speak with us at the end of the evening, and we made sure to share how positive our experience was with him. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend visiting this location!

I had a very frustrating experience at this Chili's location. Upon arrival, I requested a booth and noticed that there were at least 6 to 8 available. However, the host seated us in the bar area, despite my request to be in a different section. When I inquired about why we couldn't sit in the main dining area, he informed me that those booths were closed, even though I could see other diners using them. Eventually, he placed us at a picnic-style table in the center of the restaurant. I was so disappointed with the service that we decided to leave and not return. It's disheartening to witness a business operate in this manner — they clearly lost our patronage!

This was my first visit to this location, and it quickly became my favorite! My family loves fried pickles, and we know they can differ significantly in quality—this place got it just right. The staff was amazingly quick at clearing tables! They moved so fast that they accidentally threw away my daughter's leftover food, which she had left in a box (definitely her fault, not theirs). I really enjoyed the burger I ordered! Our waiter was very attentive and even made silly faces to entertain my 4-year-old, which was so cute. We will definitely be coming back!

The new Chili's at Park and Preston in Plano is amazing! My family has always loved dining at Chili's, so we are really excited to see it back in West Plano. The restaurant offers fantastic service and delicious food. Although it's hard for me to take my family of six there frequently, the quality of the food makes it worth the price. The burgers are massive—next time, I think I'll share one! The chicken fingers are still the best (stick with the original ones and skip the crispy variety). There's a wide selection on the menu, and the skillet queso remains a favorite. You can't go wrong with Chili's, and this location is truly exceptional!
