Taco Bell - Plainville

I’m just curious on why I have to use a kious( how ever you spell it and I don’t work there nor get any discounts to put in my order over this device thing. drive thru doesn’t have to do this. I walk in so I can have my order taken by person just to get told I have to do a kious thing so in order to get my order taken I have to go thru drive thru. Help it make sense? Don’t your employees get paid for CUSTOMER service not to put my order through the same way. Customer interaction is important too not just speedy service that why I stay going to New Britain

We got sick the last time we went there, not to mention all the other people that have told me to stay away from this location. Go to southington or new britain or any other taco bell

Only picked up a DoorDash, but young lady behind counter was very kind and food was hot and ready.

Food is always great here, and it's actually cheaper than the location on queen street, the servers are always a little antsy to get the order done as fast as possible, but I understand that comes with the job. Recommended!

Service is hit or miss. Sometimes there are no issues in the drive thru, and other times they couldn't get your order right to save their lives.
