Dunkin' - Plainville

People that work there are great. They all work together as a team to keep the customers from waiting more then they have to.Food: 5/5

The morning crew is amazing. The absolute best. But the afternoon crew has been a repeat disappointment. We have been left waiting at the drive thru window or sent to the lot multiple times. More often than not leaving with whatever they decide to bring out. It's never the entire order. You're almost guaranteed to get some kind of aditude if you ask about the missing items you already paid for. But only if it's after 1 pm. The morning crew is kind and knows they're regulars and treat them like valuable people not just a hassle.

I like the Dunkin location on East St in Plainville. However, depending on the amount of drive-thru traffic, and staffing, requesting a sandwich made well done was not made as requested. Even when I had to drive back through and have it remade it was still not toasted as requested. Most days the long tenured staff is excellent and keep things moving and done correctly.

Whoever waited on me yesterday thought it was a good idea to show me pictures in his phone while people are waiting behind me and asking me if I thought the girl in the picture was pretty. Then they gave me a hot coffee instead of an iced coffee. That crew in the afternoon all they do is fool around there. The morning crew is great but the afternoon crew forget it..... don't go there in the afternoon unless you have plenty of time to wait.

I used to go with my client in the morning and they were great. Since my client change his schedule to night he hasn't been able to enjoy his coffee. They are always close by 6pm even though the schedule says 8pm. I understand if they close the dine in area 1hr earlier but 2 is ridiculous. I had to get my car to go through the drive thru and one of the girls were vaping right near the register. DD needs to get better staff
