Dunkin' - Plainville

Whoever waited on me yesterday thought it was a good idea to show me pictures in his phone while people are waiting behind me and asking me if I thought the girl in the picture was pretty. Then they gave me a hot coffee instead of an iced coffee. That crew in the afternoon all they do is fool around there. The morning crew is great but the afternoon crew forget it..... don't go there in the afternoon unless you have plenty of time to wait.

I used to go with my client in the morning and they were great. Since my client change his schedule to night he hasn't been able to enjoy his coffee. They are always close by 6pm even though the schedule says 8pm. I understand if they close the dine in area 1hr earlier but 2 is ridiculous. I had to get my car to go through the drive thru and one of the girls were vaping right near the register. DD needs to get better staff

4:14am, how i get an attitude cause she made the wrong coffee, coworker even explained how it was wrong she still kept her attitude instead taking accountability. didn’t come here to make anyone’s day difficult i just asked for a simple coffee. foh

Awesome coffee!! Awesome people!! Awesome service! Very clean inside. CANT GO ONE DAY without my toasted almond used coffee,!!!

Sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting for a medium hot black and a small iced black. And when I said it was taking too long they gave me an attitude. They were just standing around gossiping instead of working. This is specifically for the night shift. I work at a Dunkin’ Donuts. And if someone ordered what I ordered they would not be waiting for 10 minutes for their stuff. That is absolutely ridiculous.
