Rosati's Pizza Sports Pub - Plainfield

If there was a zero it would be my rating in just trying to order a pizza it took forever I get busy being Friday. Being on hold for long periods of time then to be disconnect not once but twice. Provided by Jen incorrect information regarding a use of thelocal flavor coupon and after all of this I was told sorry but there is nothing we will do even if you cancel the order you willstill be charged for the order since driver is in route. Manager Jen advised me. Needless to say I was not a happy customer. I received my cold pizza 1 hour 15 minutes after my 3rd call, pretty close to a 2 hours. Customer beware, there is no customerservice at this Rosati?s location.

First of all the waitress was very unfriendly not too sure she was having a bad day we all have our bad days . We ordered one pizza of to go and one small pizza for their and a beef sandwich.. when the order came the one pizza to go was on a regular traythe beef sandwich was dry as hell and had no fries which were supposed to be with it. She was very indifferent to our orderdidn't care said she'd take to beef sandwich back just a service was just poor for someone who's working for tips. Just a badservice unfriendly won't be back food was very poor quality.

Excellent pizza. Nice bar area! I'd definitely go here to eat and take a drink.

Ate here with 4 adults and 2 kids on a Saturday night. We were worried about getting a table but between the indoor and outdoor seating it took only a few minutes to get a spot. We started off with wine and beer, from a small but good selection. The pizza was fantastic! We ordered a deep dish with two sets of toppings split down the middle. It took a bit of time (which they warn you about) but the wait is worth it. The 4 adults were full before we finished the pizza, and the kids liked their kids meals too. The staff took good care of us, I will definitely be back!

I actually went there at a time that it wasn't busy, so the atmosphere was great. The place was very clean, and the employee was very courteous, kind and very helpful. I purchased a slice of pizza and a Sierra Mist. It was a rainy day, gloomy day. I probably spent like 6 bucks.
