Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Don't be fooled...the parking lot was pretty empty, and I am thinking awesome minimal wait let me get my 4 young kids unpacked. The guy is like hi there is a 1.5hr wait, I repeat back cause I must have misheard as the restaurant is pretty bare and only 2 small parties in the lobby. He repeats 1.5 hours we have reservations. There has to be a better way, basically all tables have a reservation and anyone physically there can't get in. The food when we have gone before is great, just hate for anyone else to make the effort to go and not be prepared for a ridiculous wait. Reserve ur seat apparently is the only way to eat there.

Normally a great experience but today no. Servers standing around waiting for customers while new hostess at front turning people away. Food ordered but not put into system for 15 minutes while she figured out how to do it'. I expressed to the manager how upset I was and received a simple sorry'. 45 minutes for simple burgers for carry out. So disappointed

We had a really great experience here tonight! Our server Pat was awesome and very friendly. His service was spot on. Our food and milkshakes were great and came out so fast. Definitely the best experience and service we’ve had here.

Love the burgers and fries! Strawberry lemonade was awesome!

We went to the restaurant on Father's Day 2022. we went in the middle of the hope to avoid the meal time haste. we thought there were only a few cars on the parking lot when we arrived. at the arrival we were told that it would be 20-25 minutes before we could sit, although the restaurant looked like it was practically abandoned. we waited and finally sat. the waitress was excellent, although one could say that she was only 1 of 2 waitresses throughout the restaurant. the food was good and the fresh afterfills came on request. I know they were short-handed, but we would have been happier if we had shown a table and served drinks. it will take time to try this restaurant again.
