Donatos Pizza - Plainfield

This place is exceptional. I placed an order for pick up and paid for it for a set time to pick up. 10 minutes later I placed another order for same pick up time and Crystal called me to make sure I placed two different orders. Haven't even received thefood yet and I know it's gonna be great because yet have I had any thing bad from this location. Customer Service at itsfinest!!

No wonder the lobby here is ALWAYS closing down i wouldnt work here either. Whoever the manager is that was working 10-12-2022 evening has a huge attitude problem. Pulled up for my order, took 5 minutes to just get helped. Once I was helped he demandedpayment but I paid online? Refused to give me food until I was able to recover my receipt which took a few more minutes, weirdthey have their own computers which should show its paid. Then I'm making sure my order is correct, even though it's cooled offnow and he comes to window telling me I need to get out of the way(no one behind me? . Pull into parking spot and I see him juststaring? I get he was probably busy but no excuse for that type of behavior.

The pizza is always hot and fresh. We like getting the Works and the Chicken Spinach Mozzarella.

Food was cold late and delivered by door dash without informing me prior to order and was incorrect. Ordered thick crust got paper crust and cold. Do not eat here!!!! Thank you have a nice day
