This is completely unacceptable, and I was shocked that such a mistake could occur in a well-known establishment like Starbucks. To compound my frustration, the drinks I received were incorrect. I clearly specified my order, but what I received did not match my request. This added to my dissatisfaction and made my visit even more disappointing. I believe that Starbucks prides itself on delivering quality products and service, but my recent experience fell far short of that mark. As a loyal customer, I expected better, and this visit has left me questioning the consistency of Starbucks' standards

I've been here a few times in the past couple of weeks, and while the drinks and food have been good, the service has not. When I used the drive-thru, the employee struggled to get my order because he was too busy talking. When I got to the window, he was still talking to his coworker. I could barely get his attention to get a packet of sugar. This time, I decided to order in the app. When I came in to pick up my order, no one said anything. I had two different staff members look right at me, and just completely ignore me. Might have to start going to a different location.
