Bidra med feedbackI had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, which was both charming and well-kept. The waitress was warm and welcoming, and the chef was a pleasure as well. When my meal arrived, it was beautifully presented and neatly arranged, without the usual mess of extra plates cluttering the table. The flavors were exceptional, and the bacon was cooked to perfection. This was the kind of breakfast that makes you excited to start your day, and it definitely did not disappoint! Although I don't live close by, I would gladly make the journey just to return.
I had an incredible time at this Waffle House! The chef was outstanding, and my meal was made just the way I wanted it. Despite only having two staff members on duty, the service was still prompt and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back, and I even gave the cook a tip for their excellent work!
The server did not wear a mask, and there was no effort to maintain social distancing. Every table and booth was fully occupied, and the seating was cramped. I felt quite uncomfortable and won't return.
When I walked into the restaurant, I was greeted with a distinct lack of hospitality. There wasn't even a friendly smile or warm welcome, something I'd expect from a Waffle House. To add to my frustration, the cook messed up my order, and the service was sluggish even though we had just been seated. It was 8:40 PM and the place was almost empty, yet the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves in a corner than attending to customers. Overall, this was a disappointing experience for a Waffle House.
I visited the Waffle House in Pittsboro, N.C. at around 30 am, and my experience was disappointing. There were three staff members behind the counter and only three customers, including myself, so they weren't busy at all. I waited for seven minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence with a simple "good morning" or asking if I wanted coffee. One person was cooking, another was watching the cook, and the third was wiping down the syrup containers. Frustrated, I decided to leave. This was my second visit in two years, and it was prompted by similar issues. I don't plan to return to this particular Waffle House again.
