Bidra med feedbackI’m giving an extra star because of my favorite barista! He normally works in the morning but the staff that works during lunch is terrible. I normally would take the bad service and go about my day but it’s been multiple times that I’ve visited this location and received POOR service! A strawberry açai, lemonade, refresher does not come with purée I asked for my refresher to be double blended assuming that it will not come with purée because I did not ask for the refresher that comes with purée on multiple occasions I received a refresher with puree, on a specific occasion I received the refresher with purée and they took the refresh back, blended the purée out so that I couldn’t see it, later on when the refresher melted I got home and noticed all the purée at the bottom suppose I was allergic to purée you guys have now caused Starbucks to have a lawsuit because you want to be lazy and not your job as a barista you know the ingredients that goes into a drink at Starbucks please consider doing better at this location! Anywho I love my favorite barista it’s sad that I don’t know his name but he’ll know who he is lol!
These workers have the nastiest demeanor; top-notch supervision, a must, or a whole new crew !! Every time I view this location, the rating are dwindling I absolutely know why, so why can 't they Nevertheless, I go straight to corporate, let them handle their internal problems. I just came for a simple cup of coffee quick bite to eat, not the unprofessional classless attitude; because they hear but don 't listen, then you 're repeating yourself 2,3 X 's, which I didn 't make an issue of, however, the childish behavior comes when having to be told something, which was not made correctly, all the back talk is completely unnecessary.........SMH, HOT Mess !Update.....Spoke with Christopher, from corporate office. As I mentioned to him, Starbucks is practicing, to apologize profusely, however, it 's best if they just address correct the ongoing issues with their staff, then, they 'll be no need to have to keep apologizing !I asked for raw sugar, she gave splendor. I asked for the bagel, 'toasted well ', but had to emphasize not burnt . As, when outside the norm, they seem to have visible issues with the order. In addition, I paid for two 2 , cream cheese, they only put one. Thank goodness I didn 't leave, to have to spend more time returning to get what I paid for.Their on 100 (but, fast movement doesn 't mean efficiency nor effectiveness, they ask the same questions over over, as tho it doesn 't compute are too darn sassy, as though that 's the norm now Items are usually missing or prepared incorrectly. In addition, too much horse-playing talking about customers, as they are right in front of them, present that time. Lastly, just for a cup of coffee a pastry,wait time is averaging 20 min +So, hopefully by taking this time to share today with the hierarchies (in-store mgmt area manager) they will rectify these matters, promptly, so customers won 't need to. For, this is time out of my schedule, never to gain back !
No dark roast coffe? When I asked twice.No we only have medium. Didn’t offer to do a pour over, bunch of lazy slobs working here,,
I love going to this location. I always come bright and early and the staff is wonderful. Mason, Sevas and this other women are always so friendly. I wish I remembered her name. The coffee always tastes great.
