Panera Bread - Piscataway

Good quality food, but 1 in every 8 or 9 times something will be missing from my order (usually a dessert). However staff is very accommodating when this happens and will quickly fix the issue

One of the best dining experiences one could ever ask for. Has a good atmosphere and was full of wonderful staff. Especially a lady named Erin.

Dec 24 2019 lunch with sticky. Passion fruit drink was refreshing. Broccoli cheddar soup was really good. My pasta and avocado based bowl was tasty. All entrees are $10 Nov 1 2019 the experience was not good this time. I wish I had checked the foodbefore taking out. Got Baja cereal bowl, received a smaller portion size compared to last time what happened there, $10 forthis ? Oct 12 2019 had Mediterranean bowl with extra feta cheese and the side of baguette. Total $10 sth. A bit pricey, butgood quality food. Used the kiosk so no human interaction (and complaints) with the staff. The portion size was good andingredients were fresh. A nice vegetarian wholesome meal.

I usually order food at this Panera Bread and food is good. they are fast and good people , but the last time I order, They didn?t customize the food the way I ordered. But the real problem here is that they don?t call your name a lot of times whenyour food is ready. They just say ?ice coffee? and it?s totally unacceptable because they are usually 2-3 people having a sameorder and it turns into a hassle. Sometimes they don?t want to pronounce your name so they simple say ?steak?. It?s a favoritefood at Panera Bread and it?s so common people order it. By saying ?steak? usually 3 people go to the desk and whoever takes itfirst, has the food. It always happens with drinks and I?m so tired of those awkward moments arguing with people that who shouldhalf the ice coffee. Also there is no receipt or anything to prove that?s yours or not, so at least call by name please.

Worse Panera experience I have ever had. My noodle soup was not even properly microwaved, spilled all over the container and the bag, and there was no spoons or forks instead. In addition, the cashier was not the most helpful person. My last visit at thisPanera for sure and maybe Panera in general.
