Abbiamo mangiato all'aperto in un angolo molto suggestivo...Che dire la pizza è buona ha un gusto particolare, noi l'abbiamo apprezzata molto. Molto buona anche la pizza margherita. Woodfired baked foccacia of the day with rosemary lardo. Fluffy, crispy, cooked to order, phenomenal! The Salsiccia e funghi pizza was equally moreish. The hint of roasted corn from the fine polenta incorporated through the semolina, the umami of the fermented pork sausage created an epiphany of flavours in combination with the sweet, earthy flavour of the mushrooms. The Farinata, the owner is especially proud of, and rightfully so. Fermented chickpea batter, just set, the caramelisstion on the base....BLISS! They treat delivery drivers and customers very badly
