Bidra med feedbackI had gone here with my partner and he had ordered a double baconator, and I ordered a single baconator. These were meals which came with a medium fry and drink. We waited for our food as usual, and then we got our food and my partners hamburger was wrong. They had given us a Dave’s double instead of a double baconator. Now this is where my review kicks in because I had went up there to get this corrected and the cashier had pulled another employee up to see what was wrong. She was wanting to argue with me that she had put bacon on that hamburger. This was an entirely wrong hamburger that was given to us. She then proceeded to say in the back to her fellow associates that she did in fact put bacon on the hamburger. This staff at the Wendy’s in Piqua, OH is one of the most unprofessional and negligent groups I have seen at a fast food restaurant in a while. They need to be trained properly and need to be able to speak to customers in an acceptable manner. ?
Went through the drive-thru. Fast and efficient! Hot and fresh food!
They literally never get the order right idk if it's just this wendys or all the locations but they are always getting things wrong don't have what you order or it's cold and gross.
This is one of the best Wendy's I've visited in a long time. To be honest, I worked at a Wendy's while in college and for a few months after graduation, but fast food management wasn't my calling. The restrooms were impressively clean, and the service was both friendly and efficient.
We visited yesterday, and only half of our order was correct. I've never had a bar-like experience at Wendy's before, and now I'm not particularly eager to go back anytime soon.
