Bidra med feedbackIt’s highly advisable to have your staff ready at opening time. Or change opening time. Lost business because I went across the road to someplace that was of course ready on time. I probably would have waited the same exact same time if someone didn’t look me in the eyes and turn away as if I didn’t exist and I would have been patient. Hang on sir just a moment we are just opening would have been a good way to handle it. It’s bad enough that the machines take the orders and the staff is removed from the customer service experience but to look me right in the eyes and pretend I’m an inconvenience at 10:34am. Just change the store hours if you can’t open on time. Some of us have work schedules also. I get it. It’s tough but it’s not too tough to say hang on a second.
Upon approaching the counter, the worker told us, the dining room closes in 3 minutes, and then asked if our order was to go. We asked if we ordered, was he saying we couldn't sit down eat our meal, he stated no.We left!
I only had a few minutes to spare on my lunch break decided to go to Long John Silver‘s was in a complete rush. Their crew got me in and out through the drive-through. Within three minutes. My food was fresh, hot and ready to go. I applaud long John silvers.
My mother and son went through the line on 8/24. They placed an order to bring home for the family and it came to over $80. We ordered a family meal and 2 shrimp shares, 1 grilled and 1 battered, plus extra sides. When they got home the battered shrimp share was not in the bag. Frustrating, but not the end of the world. However, when we called to let them know that we didn 't receive our item the person on the phone refused to listen, refused to accept that they had made a mistake, stated that she had bagged the order herself and absolutely knew that the shrimp was in the bag, and hung up on us.Mistakes are easily made, easily corrected, and easily forgotten. But that kind of customer service will definitely not be forgotten.
I just want to say how I heard what might been a manager today talk to a young man that was working the drive thru who was very polite ! Was disappointing! She yelled at him and ask why he was standing there ? She told him WHY ARE YOU STANDING THERE? And had sent another associate to window. And she was rude ! I was just checking to make sure my order was correct that she handed to me! And she opens window up and says you can move forward now! I don’t think I’m going back for awhile! Please train your managers to be more polite especially when customers can hear everything that’s going on! It’s not right either way! I no I could have done a much better job. And to the young man that took our order and was treated badly once we got to the window ! You did a great job and sorry you had to be treated that way ! My 81 year old aunt loves coming here but she heard it also ! And was very disappointed!!
