New, clean and panoramic environment. Attention to raw materials and excellent value for money. Hotly recommended!

I discovered this bar located inside a polyambulatory by attending a professional course in the center. The bar is also accessible by a clientele that has nothing to do with the structure where it is located, and I recommend to do so if you were at lunchtime on the hill of Piossasco. I was really impressed by the quality of the dishes offered: normally the menu offers a choice between 2 or 3 first, salad and a second with contour. The pasta is prepared with flours of the territory and drawn to the bronze, seasoned with few ingredients that allow to enhance the goodness of the raw materials an aspect that I always appreciate so much but that is so difficult to find! The kitchen also offers savoury cakes and tarts always of their production, and also croissant are homemade! Also the coffee is of quality, roasted wood from roasting craft. From what I know, it is also offered aperitif, but I never could experience it. Recommended for those who can taste!
