Starbucks - Pinole

The Starbucks location was very spacious and offered plenty of parking, which made it easy to access. The area felt quite safe, and there was a wide variety of products available, including the latest cups. It seemed to attract a large crowd, as many items on the food menu were low in stock during my visit. The staff was exceptionally friendly and cheerful. While the seating area could use some tidying up, I didn't mind since I didn’t consume food or drinks there. My husband mentioned the men's restroom could be cleaner, but he managed just fine. There was also a nice little area for larger groups that I appreciated. Most importantly, my drink was made perfectly, and I was grateful for my free birthday drink. My husband also said his Chi-Latte was spot on. Thank you, Starbucks!

They certainly have employees, and one of them seems like they have better things to do. However, it's sufficient to get your coffee, just be sure to double-check your order! The best part of the experience is the drive-thru.

The staff here is genuinely wonderful. This Starbucks likely has the latest hours of any in the area. I enjoy working on my laptop in Starbucks during the evening, but unfortunately, the others nearby all close at 8 PM! This one stays open until 9:30 PM, which is fantastic! I’ll definitely make this my go-to spot whenever I’m in the area. The coffee is great, the atmosphere is inviting, and the staff is friendly!

Love this place, but some of the baristas and food prep do not read the orders. I ordered the breakfast without the nuts medley, but every day I will get nuts medley one day even I got two nuts medleys and no fruit. I didn't say anything I'm going daily with the hope that one day they actually read my order and thankfully that I am allergic to nuts.

Employees are busy and orders pile up at the pick up area. There is no organization like before for online orders and in store so people keep touching drinks to try to read if it's theirs. Difficult to hear your name when they call out orders. There was ~10 of us waiting to hear our order.
