Pollo Tropical - Pinellas Park

Apparently the meals don 't come with rice/beans as one side anymore. You wouldn 't be able to tell from the drive thru menu, because it still states that a meal with two sides come with rice/beans and one more side.The staff here would rather argue with customers like they 're absolute morons rather than changing their sign to properly reflect their pricing/meals. I had to go back and forth with the drive thru woman multiple times before she finally stated we get this complaint a lot, the sign isn 't right . ?The lunch special is a whopping 50 cents cheaper than the regular priced meal. Another greedy restaurant on the downward spiral.

Chicken could be a tad moister but pork was perfect and sides were great.

I love Pollo Tropical and visit at least twice weekly.

There are two types of people in this world. Those who just go through the motions… and Nate. The Man, The Myth, The Legend. This titan of industry is single handedly rejuvenating Pollo Tropical. His phenomenal food and service have made me believe in people again
