Marco's Pizza - Pine Point

The food is delicious, but there is too much empty outer crust without toppings. Disappointing. The wings are roasted and sauced, and taste great.

I was hungry after being stuck on a plane for hours decided to pick up carry out at Marco?s pizza. I ordered a pepperoni old pepperoni pizza and a sausage pepper pizza. There was a good amount of cheese and toppings on the pizzas. The crust was okay.

A couple of times the pizza I ordered from here were very good they got the a full of toppings. But last couple of times, the topping quantities changed, just a little more than Costco pizza. This place management must be changed. No more ordering pizza from here.

I've dreaded this location for years due to consistent customer service failures. They have two new employees that understand the power of just being nice to the customer and enjoying what you do. Michael Cho and Seulkie have given me the confidence to start ordering here on a regular basis again! Thank you both for the great service and generosity!

I placed an online order around 3 PM. Money was taken out of my account I received a tracking Status, everything seem legit. Around 4:10 PM I decided to call the store because the estimated wait time was 4:03 PM. The first receptionist told me that they?re not delivering today, what you?re not delivering today? I was totally confused because money was taken out of my account I received a tracking number and I wasn?t notified. I asked to speak to a member of management when the shift leader grabbed the phone Gabby and told me she was too busy to notify me that they wasn?t delivering today mind you she already told me that I was the only online order to come through. And she also stated that she gave me an automatic refund and the money should be on my card within five days. I told Gary I didn?t have money to get food from anywhere else because the money was taken out of my account by Marcos. She told me that she couldn?t give me any free food and she gave me a refund and she was busy and anything else I needed to do I could do online. I?m so disappointed! and hungry!
