Subway - Pilot Mountain

The owner, Bhavesh, does not accept coupons, which sets this Subway apart from every other one I've visited. After getting $45 worth of subs prepared, I was informed that coupons are not accepted, and he didn’t even take the time to review my coupon. If I wanted to spend that much on food, I would have chosen a different restaurant rather than Subway.

The oven is never working and they haven’t accepted coupons in a very long time.

Revisited this place a few days ago. Love this particular subway the most. I feel bad saying old lady cause I 'm terrible with names but she worked here when I was in high school 15 years ago and I loved seeing her then, and she 's the same cheerful loving woman now.

It's not worth what you pay for it !! I have had something wrong with my order the past three times that I have ordered at this restaurant. I even tried ordering through the app and the food was worse. The spinach looked wilted, and I was missing some items off of my sub.

The staff are pleasant but THEY DON’T TAKE COUPONS!
