Mcdonald's - Pikeville

The food was outstanding, and the service exceeded my expectations. Well done!

Unlike the Cassidy Blvd location, at this drive-thru, you can place your order and receive it in less than 2-3 minutes! However, I recently learned that ordering McCafé coffee might not yield the desired results. I went through the drive-thru tonight and ordered a coffee, only to wait for 15 minutes at the first window. I was then told, "Oh yes, our coffee machine is being cleaned." Naturally, after waiting for 15 minutes, I was prepared to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. When I spoke to the next employee, they confirmed that the coffee machine was still not operational. In the end, I left without my coffee but was given a free voucher for a complimentary coffee on my next visit.

I had lunch with my grandson, and as always, the service was quick and the food was fantastic. He really enjoys the meals here!

Miss seeing all the people worked there as a hostess , overall met some of the nicest people co- workers and the public from Pikeville and so many different states . Loved meeting so many and still think of some of the great things people shared with me , wish I had a count of the many states people came from while I was there , have no way of knowing but praying all are well and blessed .

I have to say that was the first time in awhile we had been there most time takes forever to get order and the staff isn't the friendly. But on this particular night was the best service ever fast and food was good and the young gentleman who took our order was polite and acted professional.
