Wendy's - Pigeon Forge

We ordered two salads, and they were packed with fresh ingredients and absolutely delicious!

I was hoping to grab a meal before closing time at 1 AM, but when I arrived just before 12:30, the drive-thru was closed off. I was really craving a delicious chicken sandwich, and now I have no option in town to satisfy that craving.

I typically like Wendy's food but this food wasn't up to the normal standards for Wendy's. Fries could have been a little fresher. Service could have been a little quicker. They pretty much take the fast out of fast food for this particular location.

Let me start of by saying I understand that it is Christmas and that I believe everyone should be with their family's, however we were in line for about 45 mins and the store closed without letting anyone in line know. As I stated my issue is not with them closing but the line was wrapped around the building and if you were in the back, like we were, we had no way of knowing they had closed. The only reason we found out is a person came up to let us know it was dark inside. I wish they had let the people in line know they were closed so that we did not waste our time.
