They give everything to their guests, typical dishes well made. A risotto with sausage pulled with meat broth really great. Salumi prosciutti, salami,spalla.....)favolosi, mustarde sbrisolona.......and with great wine, lambrusco perfect local ....che dire un hug to Roberto and Marzia da Stefano and Paola that nn will forget the vs great available. Farmhouse with typical cuisine of good quality , aperitif standing with fried pumpkin , fried sage and fried cheese crusts (a L other , all very good . Owner very friendly and helpful. In the middle of the dinner a singer over 80 entered the hall entertaining the commensali after a moment of loss there was a big general laugh.
Local located in a peripheral area compared to the village consisting of a single not very large room and an adjacent room used for aperitif, furnished in a simple and essential way. The restaurant offers an aperitif, which I did not try since I arrived a bit late as I did not find the structure, had not remained much if not some leaves of fried sage and the “ciccioli” to accompany white wine. The dinner included a menu previously agreed that consisted of tagliatelle with the sauce of duck, excellent homemade pasta with a delicious dressing , risotto with pumpkin and sausage with a delicate taste in the average , tortelli di zucca pasta made in the house very good but very thick, folded to tortellino, and the filling taste maybe the pumpkin was not of good quality, nothing to see the classic stuffed cakes To follow Grana cheese very good accompanied by pumpkin mustards not a granché and of good apples, cotechino and savoury sauerkraut soft and tasty, cotechino agreeable , mixed salami of their production composed of salami, cup, raw ham and pancetta accompanied with polenta stick and focaccia with very good onions .As sweet sbrisolona strepitosa and the salame aromatic chocolate fantastic. The service is not very professional and a little improvised, if you advise that a commensale does not eat some dishes and therefore they must be replaced you can not answer that they have forgotten.
