Goin Coastal - Picton

After reading other reviews, we were very excited to try this food truck. We spent approx. $60 on two orders of scallops and fries, a two piece fish and chips, and a three piece chicken strips and fries.Things we liked: The service was really friendly and the portion of fish that came with the fish and chips was huge.Things we didn't like: The fries with all of our orders were not completely cooked (still hard-ish on the inside), the batter on the outside of the fish was fantastic, but was very gooey and slimy on the inside.The scallops that other reviewers seemed to be raving about were tasty, but we didn't feel that they were outstanding or better than you would get anywhere else.Given all of the other fantastic options for food in Prince Edward County, I would pick another place to eat next time we visit.

The shrimp and chips were done perfectly and we had our with their terrific deep fried pickles. I can't wait to go back next summer.

Good food : ) a must to try , I like the fish and chips and the hot dogs so many thing to try I am going back to try them all :) don't forget the lobster roll it is good

In The County for the Lavender Festival and took a little tour in to 'town' specifically to find this food truck on Lake Street...Delicious lobster rolls! Will certainly be returning to this little spot to try other foods on their menu. Friendly and quick service.

Excellent street food. The service is friendly and the prices more than affordable. Everything, includin the fish & chip, was really delicious. And the deep fried mushrooms...! SO good! I will not go to Sandbanks anymore without stopping there.
