Norms Restaurants - Pico Rivera

The pictures I share are two out of three records of my order, which I first picked out, and I will not do or recommend. I usually eat at this place and everything goes well and the food is good, what it was this time, but with some inconvenience. So for one of my meals I commanded the chefs Sampler platter and when I came home and opened my bag and literally saw only two full onion rings there and the rest was little onion rings disappointing. It also said on the menu it comes with cocktail sauce, ranch, honey mustard and marinara and all I got was Marinara. Second dish was the porterhouse with the assumption of being tender and shrimp, and I didn't even get any shrimp for which I paid and like the other dish no cocktail sauce. That was a really bad experience for me because I don't live so close to just go back and tell them, and I think I should check the bag, but even when I ordered my food, the type(others) just looked at when I ordered. Hopefully, this simply helps if the workers go a little more through the menu.

Finally, they made my expulsion right! I love the food at Norms and I enjoy taking it home. Personally, I would like to order pickup instead of delivery. It's much faster to get yourself. I ordered fried shrimps and it was amazing. The loaded baked potato was okay, but could be better.

Great service, waitress was very polite and served the food quickly. Very attentive. The food was great too.

We went here at 4 a.m. (9/17/22) Kevin was then our server. He was a natural talent, he was very friendly, super friendly, really funny. Had no amazing service in a while. Maybe because we're the only ones, he was really attentive. Will definitely be back, hopefully back at 4:00. Thank you, Kevin. You're an amazing person.

Good size portions. Went for late night hours. They only had 1 cook and 3 servers so if you need a spot for a big crowd be very patient cause they don't have the employees to cover the tables quickly. Food was good and prices are great.
