Norms Restaurants - Pico Rivera

Finally they got my take out order correct! I love the food at Norms and I enjoy being able to take it home. Personally I like to order pick up instead of delivery. It's a lot faster to pick up on your own. I ordered some fried shrimp and it was amazing.The loaded baked potato was ok but could be better.

The pictures I?m sharing are two out of three plates of my order I got for take out, which was my first time and I will not be doing no more or recommend. I usually eat at this location and everything goes good and the food is good which it was this timetoo but with a few inconveniences. So for one of my meals I order the chefs sampler platter and when I got home and open my bagand literally see there?s only two full onion rings and the rest was little pieces of onions rings was disappointing. It alsosaid on the menu it comes with cocktail sauce, ranch, honey mustard and marinara and all I got was marinara. Second plate wasthe porterhouse with suppose to be tenders and shrimp and I didn?t even get any shrimp for which I paid for and like the otherplate no cocktail sauce. This was a really bad experience for me because I don?t live as close to be able to just go back andtell them and I guess I should of checked the bag but even when I was ordering my food the guy(andres) just looked cluelesswhen I was ordering. Hopefully this just helps with the workers going over the menu a little more.

Great service, waitress was very polite and served the food quickly. Very attentive. Food was great too. ????????

We went here at 4am (9/17/22) Kevin was our server at the time. He was a natural, he was extremely kind, super friendly, really funny. Haven't had amazing service like this in a while. Maybe because we we're the only ones, he was really attentive. Willmost definitely be back, hopefully at 4am again. Thanks Kevin. Your an amazing human.
