Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I am a pickerington local and i don’t even come to red robin too often but was here lately hosting a large group out of town. I am in a traveling college choir group and we hosted 40 people at red robin for dinner. It was absolutely amazing staff and service. They all attended to our needs and cared very deeply about our choir tour. They were thrilled to have us and even went out of their way to get special sundaes served to each person!! We ended up singing and performing for them and one of the waitresses was even moved to tears by one of our songs. As a traveling group it is so hard to find places to accommodate large parties and this experience was incredible. Red robin in pickerington is not only yummmm but it is filled with kind and attentive staff members.Thank you staff!!<3

It was an ok experience. We didn't get a chance to ask for second drinks because we sat at the bar and the bartender had too many tables. It wasn't bad nor great. Just meh.

The food was salty. The service was ok. The wait staff got confuse who table was we at. When it was time to pay, the pay at you table machine didn't have the right order on it. So we had to wait about 10 minutes before some came over for us to tell them what was wrong. The person said the machine was mixed up with a different table. That's understandable. But it wait staff person didn't come over to check until after someone else took out check.

Visited here on a trip to Other World and the Motorcycle Hall of Fame. Our server was amazing. The food was very good. Had a classic cheeseburger and it was cooked the order. The only reason I gave it a 4 vs. A 5 is because I requested no mayo and they put it on my burger. My wife loved the chip dip.

Kaniya was awesome!! The manager was super nice and so were the other servers. So pleseant!! Really good food!
