We have been sitting here for 40 mins and got our drinks now food is not here and such a bad service

My partner and I had a wonderful dinner tonight at Swiss chalet. Our waiter Sofia was incredibly kind and warm which made our meal 100x better! Thank you Sofia!

Awesome experience. The food was amazing,Niki was our server she was pleasant, attentive, order accurate, and food was served hot, just the way I desired.

A group of 10 of us went to dinner and Cynthia did an excellent job of taking care of us! She provided quick service. The only thing that was missed was collecting the goodies from ordering the festive specials. Other than that, she was awesome!
