Mcdonald's - Pickens

This McDonald’s in pickens, they do not care to wait on you or take your order. They never came across to the drive thru lane we were in. Even though we saw the car before us ordered and they went to the other lane and started taking their orders and just ignored us. So we left. Service: Take out Meal type: Other

Waited 45 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a kids meal. Never got a receipt at the beginning when I ordered and watched several people who came in afterwards get their food before us . Also when I finally got my food the fries were all cold. 10 out of 10 would not recommend . Drive to the Easley one if you want it that bad! If I could give 0 stars I would. Service: Dine in

Every single time I go here they ask me to pull forward and wait. Doesn’t matter how many people are in line and every single time they forget that they asked you to pull forward. Tonight though they asked so many people to pull forward that people were having to tell them they couldn’t. Finally get home and they put a chicken sandwich in my kids happy meal. They don’t have a kids chicken sandwich happy meal and yet they stuck it in the box. Literally the worst McDonald’s there could be.

This was the worst McDonald’s experience ever, and I have eaten in McDonald’s on three continents. I think they hate non-white people. I ordered food, two burgers, chicken nuggets, and fries, and it was a twenty five minute wait. Meanwhile multiple orders came in and were served. And vehicles that I watched enter the drive thru line were getting their orders and leaving. My number popped up as completed, and the skinny girl with the pink hair made us wait. I said something and she promised to get it right out. Then she called someone else’s number and got them out while we waited. All the while the screen said my food was ready. I am an older Latino guy. It was not lost on me that my wife and I were the only non-white people in the restaurant. I wasn’t made to feel unwelcome, but I was certainly left wondering because everyone ride was getting served but me. I left a complaint in the app, and corporate called. They said they’d look into it and I specifically asked someone from the due to explain to me why I had to wait. But they never called. I reopened my complaint, but again, NOBODY CALLED. Needless to say that I will never go back to this franchise.
