Bidra med feedbackThe ice cream is wonderful but I will never go back to this unit, it used to have good service but since the change it has been terrible, the staff are extremely reluctant, we asked about the new baccio line and they didn't want to explain, they just pointed to the screen on the biggest screen. rudeness and throughout the service they kept talking and laughing as if they were making fun of me and the other customers, it was a very stressful experience. I really like the ice cream but I'll never go back to this unit again, and after 9pm they no longer want to serve you because it's close to the end of the working day.
The ice cream is delicious like every Bacio de latte store, but the service is horrible. We have never received such poor service in a store like this. The attendant had a frown on his face, didn't look us in the face and was “huffing and puffing” at anything... we didn't even ask to try any flavor, because we already have our favorites... he was putting the ice cream in any way, and without any standard. My sister-in-law's cone was bigger than normal, my little cup M was almost empty (the ice cream didn't go beyond the mouth of the cup), my husband's was ok, other customers' little cups were the same, each with a different amount , without any standard. A few minutes passed and they changed employee shifts, that must be what she looked like. But what was worse is that we saw the employees talking (covering their mouths) and laughing. We went on Saturday late afternoon, never again! I prefer to go international when I'm in Guarulhos.
Terrible service and extremely slow, you lose pleasure in the product, between paying and receiving it takes around 30 minutes and the store wasn't even that busy
The products are always excellent, but the service is terrible, few employees, those who do have a weak body.
I would like to express my indignation, I have never seen such terrible service, an empty counter and one of the attendants cleaning while my husband and I looked at her face and had to call the other one who was sleeping and not happy, she went inside and took a while to attend and the queue is growing, every owner who doesn't see this.
