Pepperoncini Sotto Restaurant & Bar Phoenixville

The Italian food at this restaurant is fantastic. I tried a gnocchi dish with a unique sauce and it was delicious! The atmosphere is great and our waiter Rick was friendly and attentive. I definitely plan on returning!

While the food was delicious, the service was subpar. Took asking two hostesses to be checked in and seated for our reservation. We were seated without menus because they ran out and we were only given them because we had to go back to the hostess station and ask. Took several minutes for the server to take our drink orders and even longer for the drinks to arrive. No one came to refill our waters during our meal. Where a children's menu was requested we were informed that any menu item could be made in a children's portion. When the bill came, we were charged full price for a child's size portion of linguine and clams. Very disappointed in the service at Pepperoncini Sotto.

Very good food and excellent knowledgeable service.

Decent service, good food, cool basement location convenient to the Colonial Theater.

Poor service..had to wait a very long time for check while waiter chatted with the only other client.
