Bidra med feedbackI went for breakfast this morning for my kids. I went through the drive-thru day tried charging me for extra stuff that in order they charge me for a whole extra meal. I send my sister in to get a refund cuz I had my kids in the car. When I finally made it home for the floor pancakes and sausages I got I got nothing for it when I tried to call and talk to somebody all I got was attitude.
Spent 15 minutes in a short drive-through line. Wasn’t given the food I ordered, even after I pointed out that my order was incorrect. I also wasn’t offered an apology. The manager, who was clearly having a very bad day, stormed off when I told her I didn’t have a straw. I assumed she intended to come back with one, but no such luck. I had to get out of the car and go in and get it myself.I did end up with half of my order, and the fries were hot. So despite what felt like very shabby treatment, the food was good by McDonald’s standards.
As good as McDonald's gets. I don't eat beef though.
This happens at many McDonalds but I don’t typically have issues when I return. I drove my $60,000 car to pick up food for my girlfriend and I paid cash and wasn’t given a receipt). After driving home I realized we didn’t get one of our fries so I drove back. There was a man talking me now originally a woman). He told me I couldn’t get a simple medium as if I drove all the way back with my entire meal now cold) just to get a free medium fry that cost less than $2 with a meal. I had the entire meal minus the fry. People on the mainline don’t drive around all night scheming to get a free $2 fry. I spent more in gas coming back, but it was the attitude and complete disregard for what seemed to be common sense. The customer is always right, especially over a stupid feud. It was not busy, at all, however I understand they’re closing. He could have simply asked the woman who took my order instead of arguing and wasting both our times. This has happened to me dozens of times and you’d think I’d learn to check the bag) but it never amazes me how easily things are overlooked. Pretty sure it was the manager I was speaking to, which infuriated me further. My cup was also overfilled and and spilled in my car after I just had it detailed) and surprisingly enough… there were no napkins so I took my shirt off to clean it up.
We ordered food online, then drove to get it. When I went in to pick our order up, I stood there for ,no exaggeration, at least 12 minutes and not one employee even acknowledged that I was standing there. By the time I had had enough and had to knock on the counter to get someone to speak to me, they pointed to a shelf out in the dining area, that was not being kept warm, mind you, that my order was out there. So after they bagged it, they threw it on this plastic shelf, where it sat for probably 20 minutes getting cold. And I mean, COLD. Absolute trash. I will NEVER go to that location again. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. And I grew up in Philly. That should tell you all you need to know.
