Wendy's - Phoenix

The restaurant was quite busy, but I really enjoyed ordering their pecan salad with chicken and apples, complemented by local red grapes. The staff was always very friendly and courteous, and my order was accurate. I was very satisfied with the customer service overall.

My son and I stopped here for lunch, and we had quite a bit of trouble with the app. Fortunately, Maria at the register was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took care of our order and was able to apply our Wendy's rewards. Thank you for your hard work and positive attitude, Maria! We’ll definitely be back!

I recently tried the new strawberry salad, and it was delicious! They kindly swapped the grilled chicken for crispy chicken as I requested. The drive-thru service was quick, and I can always rely on them to get my order right.
