This Wendy?s is sad. Needs new staff or new management. Order is always wrong. For example you can be the only one in line and order a baconator and they give you a chicken sandwich. Good thing there is better options in the same area all around this location. Hopefully this location can shape up.
Do not order from here .... (we are not from the area) we are about twenty minutes away from this location and come to find out the burger patties are completely raw inside. Tried to call but the phone just rings and rings . No one answered the phone.
Overall just a mediocre experience at this establishment.. the drive thru was pretty full at the time so I figured I'd try my luck inside. Could tell the employee at the counter wanted to be anywhere but at work, just waited my turn. Felt like a good chunk of time had passed after placing my order and oddly enough I was right. Got my order fifteen minutes later for a soggy burger, hard nuggets and cold fries.. I couldn't tell if it was intentional or if they made it and just forgot to hand it out. Either way, I would recommend elsewhere if you are limited on time like I was and if you don't want to be let down upon receiving your order.
I had an issue with my food and went back for a refund. Charles was so kind and polite and Amber was amazing at correcting the issue and making sure I left as a satisfied customer. I will definitely be returning! Everyone makes little mistakes and they handled it with grace and understanding! A+ team.
