Tarbell's - Phoenix

Excellence 25 years and count. There is no other restaurant that I would choose or recommend as a favorite in the Phoenix Metro area. Always consistent; highly qualified employees who recognize your needs; innovative dishes served with flair; Top wine list and bar selections. Victoria's martini made with Plymouth Gin was perfect as always. The first course was a tomato tar salad; next was flank steak grilled med rare, supplemented by a bottle of Cote du Rhône. There was no room for a dessert. Next time. I've been in this restaurant since Mark 1994. There is no other restaurant of his caliber in the valley.

This restaurant has been excelling for 25 years and continues to impress. It is my top choice in the Phoenix metro area and I highly recommend it. The staff is consistently excellent, attentive to your needs, and the dishes are both creative and delicious. The wine list and bar selections are top-notch. I always enjoy Victoria's martini made with Plymouth gin. For my meal, I started with a tomato tartare salad followed by a perfectly cooked flank steak paired with a bottle of Cote du Rhône. Unfortunately, there was no room for dessert this time, but I will definitely save space for it next time. I have been a loyal customer since the restaurant opened in 1994 and believe there is no other restaurant in the Valley that compares to its caliber.
