Bidra med feedbackPersonally, the girls there were sweet. I ordered two personal pans. Waited a good 20-30 minutes, only for them to tell me that they didnt have personal pan pans and that they made me a medium pizza and halfed it. Normally I'd be okay with this because their medium pizza is basically a big version or a personal pan. BUT, I cannot eat Pork or Beef. So the fact that the juices and small pieces ended up on my side was very disappointing. I had to cut off an extra inch or so on each side to make sure I didn't get any of the meat. Thank you for the sweet girl with the beautiful braided hair who sympathized with me and understood my issues with meat, as she has issues with it as well. They should have told me that they didn't have personal pans in the first place.
I called this specific location for a extra sauce low cheese ? because I know they come dry and wanted to see if they would deliver..well they did deliver and they pizza looked dry as a stone topping were alright but the pizza was dry as I added Buffalo and Ranch to the pizza to live the pizza up. I also tipped the driver which I was reluctant to do based on the pizza already not the driver because you can 't help who you work for. The pizza was mediocre at best. You guys are trying to make a comeback but Barro 's and Domino 's is way better.
If I could give zero stars I would. Let me preface this by saying I am not an entitled millennial complainer nor am I a Karen. This place is just actually the worst. I had a terrible experience BUT, I gave it almost a year before going back or complaining in case it was just a bad day or maybe the staff had been changed out. Nope. Almost exactly the same scenario. I ordered a pizza and some sides through the delivery app. It then gave me a range of when the delivery could be expected. I don't live too far but obviously delivery is all about convenience. I waited till about 15 or 20 minutes after the expected delivery time passed before I called. When I called, I was given an attitude like I was bothering them or it was irrational for me to call. They told me the driver left while ago and would be there soon. I live about seven minutes away. After another 30 minutes I called back to ask where the delay was they put me on a long hold and never came back. I had to then call AGAIN and she said he was 1 minute away. They continue to act like I was the problem and I was annoying them. Then during yet another call, she proceeded to tell me that the driver had just got back (after an hour and a half) and had tried to deliver. She said he knocked at my door and called me and I did not respond so it's my fault. Mind you, I have a ring doorbell camera and have obviously had my cell phone in my hand the whole time. They never even came near my house. After arguing back-and-forth and her attacking me and blaming me, I demanded a refund. Not only was that another fight but I still never got it. From the first time, or this last time. This location is full of thieves and liars and HORRIBLE customer service!!!
This is probably the millions of time that happened to us, I hate the fact that I tried not to be my best not to this person, but pizza hut owners stinks .! always we say our order will be 25 -35 minutes, this I write an evaluation after two hours waiting and call to see if the order is, I have decided to take it back and then after we have decided to take it off. Last time I ordered myself to run and not I work in the industry and believe I wouldn't do that. I am sure that not the only!!!
The pizza from this location is honestly phenomenal. Once I bit into a slice it instantly transported me back to the shores of old Italy, the old country. The staff there are nothing less than amazing. I have since moved away and still regularly travel 5+ hours for the simple pleasure of indulging in some delicious pie. If you're in Arizona there is no other place to get pizza. Hands down.
