Panda Express - Phoenix

When I went there, I literally stood for 5 minutes before I was even recognized and you can't miss me as I am 6-4 240 with long red-brown hair. A girl worked on a very big order, but there were 3-4 others who went back and forth next to me. FINALLY waited and she was polite, but Dang it took forever and yes it was 5 minutes and not a minute that seemed like 5.

I usually have very good experiences at Panda Express, but this special restaurant has problems with its staff. I was there on June 2, 2022. The food was good. But I couldn't enjoy it There was a female employee literally, very loud, at one of the managers in Spanish (I am fluent). They went back and forth. She complained about how he didn't do enough and how he wanted to become manager, and now he doesn't do what he wants. I worked while I ate and was probably there an hour or so and the screaming was continuous until a second manager came (has the same color shirt as the other Lord). The employee would only yell at the first. It was MOST annoying. The other employees were just calm and did their job. I would never eat there again if u knew the employee was still there.

Every time I go there, no items are missing, my whole food is for, tastes good, looks good, portions are understandable and more than enough for me. Overall, it cannot really complain, no bad experience there so far.

As far as food goes quickly, you can really complain about this Panda Express location (or at least I can?t). The staff is always so friendly and the place is incredibly clean. If you? re mad that it?s 3:19 p.m. on a Tuesday and they don?t have walnut shrimp or orange chicken, please just breathe (talk about first world problems)? You know her, and it'll be in just a few minutes. I have only had positive experiences here and I am grateful for how kind they are.

Slowest panda express known to man!! I have been to Panda express in SEVERAL states and towns . Never have I ever seen them loligag, slow poke, nonchalantly work like this location EVER!. IVE BEEN HERE A FEW TIMES ,SAME EMPLOYEES. THEY JUST do not care about the. Customers time or quality of service . Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. I am very disappointed. It's 430 pm on a SUNDAY,, so no rush in this area. Just super slow service and the drive through is out in the street yet they're dragging their feet carelessly! EMPLOYES LOOKING AT US CUSTOMERS AND LEANING AS IF THEY DIDNT SLEEP LAST NIGHT. NEVER AGAIN AFTER THIS 45 MIN WAIT FOR nothing! I also have a vid from 20 mins ago Google isn't uploading. So why is the wait this long!?!
