McDonald's - Phoenix

Really great service during breakfast time. Very friendly staff, offered us more coffee, as we sat and enjoyed in the morning. Hot food and always delicious!

I came here with my kids and this is a nice McDonald's. I took my children in and it was clean. They brought out the food and it was hot, even the fries. Sometimes the frits aren't hot when you go to McDonalds, Lol! Anyway, great location. The only thing is that the soap dispensers were from soap, and the bathroom had wiped a little more in the sink area, but others than that..... good time!

Despite the bad reviews, more often than not when I visit this place, I get the good service. What makes this place pleasant to visit are 2 employees especially called Mason and Jaylen. These 2 guys glow the place with their great customer service skills and smiles. This makes a customer's day long. These guys have to be recognized and encouraged. All other fast food restaurants anywhere else should note that and use these same customer service skills.
