Long Wongs Az Famous Wings - Phoenix

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I ordered takeout by phone, and the food was ready quickly and freshly made. I got the wings and the mushroom burger, both of which were incredible. The staff were wonderful, too—I even received a call letting me know my food was ready before I arrived. I absolutely loved it! This place will not disappoint you; it's definitely worth a visit. The wings took almost an hour to arrive and were burnt right to the bone. Every wing was overcooked and dry. The customer service was quite rude as well. When taking a couple's order, it's common courtesy to acknowledge both individuals, but the waitress only spoke to my friend and completely ignored me. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant.

After my latest experience, which included condescending attitudes from the young staff at the cash register who looked like they were wearing clown makeup, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I will now be going to the location at 43rd Avenue and Indian School. I will not spend another dime at Long Wong's until they make significant improvements. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism at this place—two thumbs way down!

Got 50 wings for superbowl party and they were fantastic. Only waited 45 minutes which is amazing considering it was so close to start of game when they had sooo many orders, And it was my first time picking up so I wasn't sure what to do, and the girl that worked there stopped what she was doing to go get my order which was way cool. I'd rate it 10 stars if I could I was very impressed all the way around

Wings were absolutely delicious, nice and crunch, not soggy at all. The Chilli cheese fries were not that great, missing something, maybe because the fries had absolutely no seasoning, idk. Loved that they had Game on all big screen TVs. Server was great, friendly and kept up service/checking in.Food: 4/5
